I have created this exercise guide for any person who has undergone a hysterectomy. Having gone through this major surgery myself, I know firsthand how little guidance exists around exercising after a hysterectomy. I had to learn through personal experience how to safely rebuild my strength, flexibility, and endurance — and now, I’m sharing that journey with you.
When you purchase this guide, you’ll receive access to my app by Monday, July 14th, 2025. I will be sending you a link to the email you use to purchase this product so you can create your account. There will be a series of questions you have to answer to set up your account, any pictures or meassurements can be skipped if you dont wish to complete those steps they are not mandatory. Once you have full access, by Monday the 14th, you will start seeing a welcome video about the program and how to navigate it through the app so you feel supported and confident as you get started. You’ll be able to access a 10-week workout plan - 1 month at a time- that includes follow-along videos or timed routines each week.
Every week is thoughtfully designed with a specific focus, whether that’s walking, flexibility, pelvic floor work, core activation, strength training, balance, or recovery. You’ll be able to move at your own pace and adapt the guide to meet your personal needs — whether you’re starting right after surgery or five years down the road. It’s never too late to build strength and reconnect with your body in a safe, empowering way.
This program is also suitable for those recovering from prolapse repair surgery and has been created with both safety and accessibility in mind.
At any point you can substitute a later workout with an earlier workout. For example, if there is a workout in week seven that you don’t feel ready for, you can substitute it with any workout from an earlier week. On the other hand, please do NOT skip ahead and do workouts from later weeks when you haven’t gotten there yet! These workouts are planned purposefully and strategically to build strength and fitness safely.
